1. Prices
The prices include the current VAT. If the products are delivered outside of the EU no VAT applies.

2. Shipment
The shipment cost is calculated depending on the country and shipment method.
It is displayed in the shopping cart.

3. Accepting the contract
The contract comes of, if
a) the customer places the order with the mouse or the enter key and
b) the order is confirmed by cuckooclocks.com via E-Mail or fax.
c) the delivery of the products.

4. Delivery
All goods will be delivered by the selected package delivery company.

5. Payment
Cuckoo-clock.com will bill the credit card of the customer, or he uses PayPal or prepayment.
The payment is done in Euro. Other currencies are displayed only for information purposes.

6. Warranty
Our warranty covers on function and running of the clock. All shipments are insured by the package delivery companies. No warranty for broken parts or careless handling or wilful distruction.

7. Liability
Cuckoo-clock.com is liable only for careless or wilful cause.

8. Property
The goods are in the property of cuckooclocks.com until the payment has been made.

9. Returns Policy
The customer may cancel his order within 2 weeks after delivery. The cancelation of the order can be done by sending the goods back to cuckoo-clock.com.
This shipment has to be paid by the customer.

Cuckoo-clock.com may store the data of the customer electronically. The data is only used for this business relationship.

12. Jurisdiction
The parties hereby expressly agree on jurisdiction of the commercial court of Villingen, Germany

13. General
Should individual provisions of the contract or of these provisions be invalid the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one, which comes as close to the target goal as possible.
